UVI - Hum is dedicated to exploring, understanding, integrating and promoting the use of natural
sound and vibrations for well-being in the body and mind from pre-birth to the twilight of passing.
UVI-HUM is based on decades of experience adapting timeless approaches in a variety of early education settings, observing what works across environments and individuals. Modern science is starting to see how powerful some of these simple approaches can be. For example, many studies are now showing the physiologically calming effects and benefits of humming.
UVI - HUM
Universal: We all share in the desire for
good health and happiness, transcending borders and cultures
Vibrations: Whether it's movement or frequency or the emotional resonance between individuals, we recognize the power of vibration in shaping our experiences. (((VIBE)))
International: Through the simple act of humming, we tap into our ability to communicate and absorb healing sounds more effectively.
